Theme Nights at The Double Eagle Restaurant
The Double Eagle also features several theme nights for dinners, beginning at 6 pm: Italian Night on Thursdays, Grill Night on Sundays, and Mexican Fiesta Night on Tuesdays. The fiesta here is nothing short of fantastic! The all-you-can-eat Mexican buffet includes staples like chips, fresh salsa, guacamole, and chiles rellenos, Mexican Fajitas, mole, fish, and pork dishes prepared to perfection using a variety of sauces and spices. The dessert table overflows with rice pudding, and traditional cakes and homemade flan. There´s even live music, allowing you the opportunity to dine and dance under the Los Cabos stars.
